Upcoming Drive to Survive Seminars

Don't become a statistic

About “Donotcrash.org”
Each year, an average of 42,000 people are killed and 2.6 million people are injured as a result of automobile crashes. Many of these crashes are caused by drivers who lack the proper experience or make the wrong decisions while driving. “Drive to Survive” is a dynamic, interactive classroom session designed to teach drivers how and why vehicle accidents occur. Many drivers complete a standard training class, obtain their drivers certification, and think that they are now able to operate a vehicle under any circumstances. “Drive to Survive” identifies the most common causes of vehicle crashes and then explains why these crashes occur.
Using the same methods used by crash investigators, “Drive to Survive” explains that no matter how well a person thinks he or she can drive, at some point physics takes over and the vehicle will lose control. Using true to life examples, this class will explain the limits of driving a vehicle using actual crash reconstruction techniques. The class is designed for anyone who drives while at work or in their personal lives. Classes that target specific audiences, such as teenage drivers, elderly drivers, and commercial vehicle drivers are available.
DoNotCrash.org is an information clearinghouse that will allow visitors to share important training related topics in the area of vehicle operations. Visitors are encouraged to submit links to other web pages that provide training and information in any aspect of driver training, vehicle maintenance and crash avoidance. It is our hope that by providing a central library of information for all of us to share, the number of fatalities and injuries caused by vehicle crashes can be reduced over the next several years.
